Truly an insult to cinema, this film fails to create an engaging story and uses paper thin archetypes of characters that are impossible to invest in.

A harmless game of Truth or Dare among friends turns deadly when someone -- or something -- begins to punish those who tell a lie or refuse the dare.

The premise was already shaky and the attempt to foreshadow the climax of film with some dialogue early on isn’t smart, it sounds forced and is obvious. The plot is terrible, with numerous issues. There are huge continuity errors and the performances are pantomine-esq. The poster and trailer said from the producers of “Get Out,” which sets a precedent that this film can simply not live up to.

Overall with A Quiet Place still being out in cinemas this is not the horror film to see.
